What can I do as a signed in member of BusRadio?
By joining BusRadio.com, you can enter amazing contests for big prizes, post shout-outs on the map for all of your friends (who are also BusRadio members) to see, rate the music we play on the show, make your own profile page and tons more.

Was it safe for me to join BusRadio? Who will see my information?
BusRadio is committed to keeping you safe online. That is why we don't ask you for any information that could identify who you are to anyone else. Learn more by reading our Privacy Policy.

Why did I have to say what level of school I'm in when I joined?
The great thing about BusRadio is that there's a little something for everyone. By telling us if you're in elementary, middle or high school, we can show you content that you're interested in.

What happens if I forget my password?
When you joined BusRadio.com, we asked you a question that only you would know the answer to. If you forget your password, look for the link on the 'Sign In' page that says 'I forgot my password.' By answering your secret question correctly, we'll know it's you and can remind you what your password is. Also, you might be asked this question if you win a contest and call in to claim your prize.

How do I put a shout-out up on the map?
You have to be a signed in member of BusRadio.com to shout-out on the map. From your personal profile page write your shout-out in the chatterbox and it will go up on the map.

What kind of stuff should I write in my shout-out?
Tell everyone what happened in your world today. You can say 'hi' to your friends, moan about something, or just express what your mood is... anything you feel like shouting out. Remember, though, that curse words and disrespectful comments will not be posted.

Why can't I see any scrolling shout-outs below the map in the Chatterbox?
You don't have Flash software installed on your computer. Below the map you will see instructions on how to download it.

I saw a shout-out on the map that made me uncomfortable. Who should I tell?
Let us know immediately, either by email to webmaster@busradio.com or by phone on 1-877-MYBUSDJ, and we will investigate the problem right away.

What are the contest rules?
It's always important to check the rules before you enter any BusRadio competitions. For specific rules on a contest, click the link at the bottom of that contest page that says 'Official Rules.' For general rules on BusRadio contests, click 'Rules' at the very bottom of the web site.

How can I suggest music I want to hear on my bus? I've got an idea for a poll, who should I tell?
On the top left of every page, right below where it says BusRadio, you can click on a link to send us feedback. Use this to tell us anything that's on your mind. Or call 1-877-MYBUSDJ and give us your thoughts over the phone!
