Certain sections of this Website require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide accurate, complete registration information. It is your responsibility to make any changes to that information. Each registration is for a single person only, unless specifically designated otherwise on the registration page. BusRadio.com is a web site designed primarily for use by kids aged 7-17. Posing as a child on the site is strictly prohibited and will result in the deletion of your account and potential legal action. BusRadio does not permit any other person using the registered sections under your user name. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use. If you believe there has been unauthorized use, you should notify BusRadio immediately by emailing webmaster@busradio.com.

Bus Rules

1. 1. We live by words online, so when it comes to message boards, e-mails, profiles or chats of any kind, we don't allow obscene, bigoted, or sexually explicit language. We reserve the right to remove information in profiles that contain obscene, bigoted, insulting, abusive, or hateful content, and suspend or terminate the accounts of anyone who posts such content. Any harassing notes or postings that might be construed as stalking or bullying will be deleted, and we reserve the right to inform and/or provide assistance to law enforcement agencies in any way we deem appropriate.
    
2. 2. Don't give out personal information about yourself or anyone else. This means no posting of last names, phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, IM handles, Social Security numbers, passwords, friend codes or any other private information. Also, do not ask anyone else to post his or her last name, phone number, address, e-mail address, IM handle, Social Security number, password, friend code or any other privacy information.
    
3. 3. You may not suggest, encourage, boast about, or discuss your participation in, any illegal activity. If illegal activity is discussed in your profile, we reserve the right to inform and/or provide assistance to law enforcement agencies in any way we deem appropriate.
    
4. 4. You must have copyright ownership of all material that you post on the website. No articles, recipes, song lyrics, art, graphics, or other material may be posted without the express written consent of the copyright holder.

Miscellaneous
BusRadio reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms of Use and to take any action BusRadio deems appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information. BusRadio reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the BusRadio Website. These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on the Website and constitutes the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of the Website. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability. THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS, USA, AS THEY APPLY TO AGREEMENTS MADE AND SOLELY PERFORMED THEREIN. YOU IRREVOCABLY CONSENT AND WAIVE ALL OBJECTION TO PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN SUFFOLK COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS, USA, AND YOU SHALL NOT COMMENCE OR PROSECUTE ANY SUIT OR ACTION EXCEPT IN THE FOREGOING COURTS.
